Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a fragrant coconut and lemon custard bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is unique. It features, coconut cream pie and vanilla with hints of buttered popcorn. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Chard would pair well with coconut shrimp. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2016 Katherine's Signature has rich aromas of white peach, citrus blossoms and tropical fruit. In the mouth, the fruit flavors are complimented by the usual minerality that the grapes from this block are famous for. The mid-palate is viscous and round, the finish lingers with fruit and acidity. Pair with buttered popcorn or brick chicken with garlic and lemon.
