Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a lime and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is slightly tart green apple with hints of integrated oak and a touch of Bartlett pear, white pepper and lemon. The finish is dry and its fresh flavors linger nicely after the wine is gone. This wine would pair very nicely with Ken's Creamy Caesar Grilled Chicken. Enjoy - Ken
