Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay opens with mild wintergreen and pineapple bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and feel creamy. The flavor profile is a mild butterscotch candy with integrated mild oak. There is also a touch of almond and gentle pineapple mixed in as well. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. This wine is very food friendly and would be perfect with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Chardonnay has aromas of fresh pineapple, white peach, pear, and green apple. The same fruit characters are on the palate and are accentuated by a bright, balanced acidity and subtle oak spice. The finish is lingering, clean and crisp.
