Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir from Calera opens with a mild red plum and graphite bouquet with hints of red raspberry, black tea, and cedar. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is bright, fresh, smooth, and elegant. The flavor profile is gentle dried strawberry, mild milk chocolate, and dried coconut blend with notes of red plum. We also detected hints of red raspberry and spiced rum. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity fade away nicely. We would pair this Pinot with shrimp and grits or with tuna tartare. Enjoy - KWGTP
