Wine Review: This dessert wine was by far my favorite from the Calabria portfolio. It is Excellent! It is a light goldenrod colored and opens with a fragrant apricot bouquet with hints of orange. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, pleasantly sweet, and viscous. The flavor profile is a delicious sweet honey with notes of apricot and hints of orange and caramel. The finish is pleasantly sweet and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. I would pair this impressive sticky with soft classic coconut macaroons. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Colour: Light gold in colour. Bouquet: Elegant bouquet of pineapple, marmalade and botrytis characters. Palate: A luscious palate of peach & citrus flavors combines with botrytis sweetness, finishing with a slight touch of refreshing acidity Serving suggestion: Ideal accompaniment to caramelized pear with mascarpone cream, drizzled over seasonal fruit with ice cream, blue vein cheese, dried fruit and nuts.
