Wine Review: This opaque dark purple colored Cab is very likable. It opens with a mild blackberry and bluebberry like bouquet. On the palate, this Cab is medium bodied, balanced, easy to drink, and soft. The flavor profile is a mild black raspberry and blueberry with hints of mild blackberry, oak, and black pepper mixed in. The finish is dry and its moderate moderate tannins linger for a little while. Our small group thought this wine would pair very nicely with a thick and juicy cut of prime rib. Enjoy - Ken
