Wine Review: This light straw colored Riesling from Mosel opens with a fresh floral bouquet with hints of apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, a tad sweet and a little lively. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of honey and green apple. I also detected faint hints of apricot in the background. The finish is semi-dry and refreshing. I would serve it with spring rolls to open your party. Enjoy - Ken
