Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a lime, pineapple and candle wax like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and slightly effervescent. The flavor profile is a lively tart green apple with hints of minerality, tangerine, and lemon. The finish is semi-dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with sliced ham with a browns sugar sauce or nut encrusted haibut. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Clean, well-crafted Mosel Riesling from mature estate vineyards in Erden, Wehlen and Kinheim including ungrafted vines. "Impulse" reflects the injection of energy from a new generation. Intense tropical fruit aromas and textural richness surrounding a core of bracing, mineral structure.
