Wine Review: This yellow colored Chard opens with an attractive light lemon and mild oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, nicely balanced, and shows pleasant gentle acidity. The flavor profile is a mild green apple and subtle lime blend. There is also just a touch of oak in the background. The finish is dry and very enjoyable. This wine paired perfectly with swordfish with a little lemon butter drizzle. Winemaker Notes: Aromas of baking spices, pannetone and toasted pineapple, exquisitely accented by a faint hint of lemon. Decadently lush with flavors of caramel candied apple, key lime, lemon, and grapefruit. A round, full mouth feel develops effortlessly into a medium to long finish.
