Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa opens with a mild gooseberry and fresh peas bouquet with hints of quince and wet concrete. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is crisp, bright, fresh, and very mouthwatering. The flavor profile is mild yellow grapefruit and saline blend with notes of green apple and lime zest. I also detected hints of gentle green pepper and minerality. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken
