Wine Review: This deep yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a pear and ripe pineapple bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and rich in style. The flavor profile is a tasty toasted pineapple and oak blend with notes of pear and nicely integrated minerality. I also detected hints golden delicious apple and lemon. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This rich styled Chardonnay would pair well with a lobster bisque or lobster roll. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This full bodied, rich Chardonnay offers a powerful citrus and steely backbone. Classic toasty and butterscotch-like characteristics merge with mineral undertones. A good balance of oak is followed with abundant fruit.
