Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc wine opens with a mild pineapple bouquet with a hint of peach and pear. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, displays crisp acidity and ripe fruit. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple, lime, and pineapple blend and nicely integrated minerality. There is also a dash of white pepper mixed in. The finish is dry, rather pleasant and refreshing. I would pair this lively Sauvignon Blanc with garlic chicken or steamers with drawn butter.
