Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild green apple bouquet with a hint of cut grass. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a mild green apple and gentle Bosc pear with a touch of honey. The finish is dry and pleasant. This Sauvignon Blanc is very versatile and food friendly. It would be a very nice complement to breaded baked sole with lemon drizzle. Enjoy - Ken
