Wine Review: This opaque and very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from the Columbia Valley opens with a musty wet paint, blueberry, oak and milk chocolate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a chewy black cherry and oak blend with hints of black tea, baking spice and cola. The finish is dry and its super big tannins stick around for quite a while. The Panel suggests decanting this Cab and then serving it with a well-marbled ribeye. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of dark berry and cigar box lead into a full bodied, textured wine with flavors of black cherry, cassis and cedar. Long and lasting finish of dark chocolate and forest floor.
