Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc from New York opens with a mild yellow grapefruit and cut grass bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is fresh and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a chamomile tea and mild grapefruit blend with notes white peach and honey. I also detected a hint of ginger and asparagus. The finish is nicely prolonged. This Sauvignon Blanc comes in a nice sized 250 ml can. About a 1/3 of a bottle. Sold in 4 packs for $28. It would pair nicely with fried clams. Enjoy – Ken
