Wine Review: The slim can format holds 250 ml of a bright Rose wine, which is a blend of mostly Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Rosette, from Long Island, NY. If poured into your glass it is a pale salmon pink color with occasional small bubbles and subtle aromas of strawberry, Mandarin orange and flint. On the palate it is quite frothy, light bodied, slightly off-dry, moderately acidic, crisp, and clean. There are flavors of mineral infused strawberry and white peach. The finish is refreshing and moderate in length, with the slightest touch of fine tannins. A lovely pool-side sipper, it would also pair with a fresh fruit salad. - Mark
