Wine Review: This pitch black colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with blueberry and black cherry bouquet with some musty wood and red apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant with notes of black cherry and minerality. I also detect hints of blueberry. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins are nicely extended. This Cab would pair well with a New York strip steak. Enjoy - Ken
