Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a very fragrant vanilla bouquet with hints of ripe pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and viscous. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Bartlett pear with a hint of white pepper. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. Pair this pleasant white wine from Greece with steamed mussels in a garlic broth. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Brilliant, crystal-clear, white yellow color with green tints. A fresh wine with intense floral and fruity bouquet dominated by aromas of white rose, melon and citrus. A well-balanced fresh wine, with intense flavor and long aromatic aftertaste (orange blossom, grapefruit).
