Wine Review: This pale coral colored sparkling Rosé wine from Bon Vivant displays lots of streaming tiny bubbles. On the nose, we picked up aromas of bread dough, red delicious apple, and apricot with a hint of clover blossom. On the palate, it is medium bodied with medium acidity and its effervescence fades quickly. The flavor profile is a blend of sweet honey crisp apple with hints of strawberry and raspberry. We would pair this sparkling Rosé with a summer picnic. - Karen & Stu
Winemaker Notes: Fresh notes of summer strawberry, raspberry sorbet and grilled peaches with cream emanate from the glass. The palate is refreshing with hints of berries, strawberry shortcake, toasted almond and a squeeze of citrus. Sleek bubbles lend a sense of creaminess in the finish. This rosé embodies a beautiful blend of fruitiness and refinement.
