Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Riesling opens with wet stone, ripe pear and pilsner beer like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, juicy, slightly acidic and really coats the mouth. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral infused pineapple and green apple blend with hints of pear, lime, and ginger. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger nicely after the wine is gone. This nice Riesling would pair well with a grilled swordfish sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
