Wine Review: This almost clear colored Xarel-Lo from Spain is a good value option to consider on a hot summer day. It opens with Anjou pear bouquet with faint hints of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a very mild mineral infused faint lemon with hints of lime and saline. The finish is dry and very nicely refreshing. This wine is a perfect beach wine. It would pair very well with sushi or oysters. Enjoy – Ken
