Wine Review: This slightly opaque red blend opens with fragrant black raspberry bouquet with a hint of dried cranberry and cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth, yet juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty cherry cola and blueberry blend with hint of mild oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are bit sticky and linger for quite some time. This is a food friendly red wine that would pair perfectly with a thick cut of prime rib. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Baby Blue is quickly becoming our most popular everyday wine. It is a blend from the Estate's young vines and meant to be immediately drinkable and more accessible that the more densely structured Blue Rock Cabernet.
