Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Blue Farm opens with a raspberry, cranberry, and cinnamon tea bouquet with hints of oak and mild strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and on the delicate side. The flavor profile is a red plum and black tea blend with notes of loam and oak. We also detected hints of black raspberry and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry, and its dusty tannins linger and last for a while. The Tasting Panel would pair this Pinot with a Jägerschnitzel (pork schnitzel with mushroom gravy) Enjoy - KWGTP
