Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir from Blue Farm opens with a fragrant raspberry and red licorice bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and very savory. The flavor profile is a loam and black raspberry tea blend with notes of black plum and oak. We also detected hints of black pepper and touch of blueberry in the aftertaste. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger for quite a while. We would pair this Pinot with a lamb burger or lamb chop. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This wine is supple, black raspberry, pomegranate, and dusty plum. The integrated but firm tannins are softened by great extract. This is a delicious Pinot Noir from the coast. Enjoy! – Anne-Moller-Racke
