Wine Review: This dark coral colored wine from Virginia opens with a rose petal and faint watermelon bouquet with hints of red raspberry tea. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright and fresh. The flavor profile is a stone dust and green tea blend with notes of mild watermelon and red cherry. I also detected some hints of green apple and tangerine. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity drift away nicely. This Rosé would pair well with crispy rock shrimp with lime and coriander. Enjoy - Ken
