Wine Review: This dark pink colored Rose opens an apple and tangerine like bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tangerine with hints of strawberry and a touch of white pepper and spice. The finish is dry and its residual mild acidity leaves you feeling refreshed. This Rose would be a pleasant summer wine and would pair well with chicken teriyaki skewers off the grill. Enjoy - Ken
