Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Chardonnay opens with a pineapple and Bosc pear with hints of vanilla and subtle oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with friendly acidity. It is balanced, soft and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty pineapple and golden delicious apple blend with notes of integrated minerality and subtle oak. We also detected hints of vanilla, butter cream and ripe Bosc pear. The finish is dry and its bright acidity and flavors linger and last for quite a while. The Panel would pair this Chard with Chicken St. Timothy or with broiled scallops in butter. Enjoy – KWGTP
