Wine Review: This medium ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a musty mushroom and cherry bouquet with hints of allspice, cola and clove. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is mild stony mineral, cedar and red cherry blend with notes of red licorice. The finish is dry and its dusty tannins are more pronounced than most Pinots. The Panel would pair this Pinot with a rack of lamb with an herb crust. Enjoy – KWGTP
