Wine Review: This straw colored Gruner Veltliner opens with a fragrant flinty stone and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of faint Anjou pear in the background. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Gruner would pair nicely with mini quiche Lorraine appetizers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This certified organic wine exudes aromas of spicy white pepper with apples, peaches and apricots and a touch of grass. This wine is bright and crisp with lemon/lime, stone fruit and spicy white pepper.
