Wine Review: This opaque medium ruby colored Malbec from Bianchi opens with a black raspberry bouquet hints of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with mild acidity. We also found it to be balanced, smooth, and savory. The flavor profile is a boysenberry and red plum blend with notes of red licorice and cocoa. The finish is dry, and its moderate grippy tannins stick around for quite a while. The Panel would pair this Malbec with grilled steak tips. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Dark ruby in color with attractive purple hues. Intensely aromatic and fruit-filled with red and black fruits, spicy notes, and very subtle vanilla. The mouth is initially sweet, with round tannins, balanced acidity, and round fruit flavors. It has a medium structure and is hearty on the palate, with an elegant finish.
