Wine Review: This slightly opaque medium ruby colored Malbec opens with a black cherry and black raspberry bouquet with hints of clay pot, dried herbs, and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth, not overly complex, yet very approachable. The flavor profile is black cherry and stony minerality blend with notes of chewing tobacco and baking spice. We also detected a hint of red plum. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins subtly fade away. The Panel would pair this versatile Malbec with pizza, steak taco or a mushroom burger. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Great color intensity and elegant violet hues. In the nose, this wine stands out for its fruit-forward aromas, reminiscent of fresh plums, blackberries, and figs. Its tannins are soft and round in the mouth, with remarkable unctuosity. It has a harmonious, lingering, and fruity finish.
