Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a red currant and black cherry bouquet hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, juicy, and smooth. The flavor profile is black plum with notes of graphite and oolong tea. We also detected hints of dark chocolate, light oak, and blueberry. The finish is dry and medium tannins shows nice length. The Panel would pair this Cab with Angus beef sliders or lamb kabobs. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This wine offers great color intensity and violet hues. In the nose, there are spicy hints of red pepper and ripe red fruits, with notes of oak, fig compote, paprika and roasted coffee. A very good structure in the mouth, with soft tannins, volume, and an outstanding and lingering finish. Balanced acidity and great freshness make it a pleasant and easy to drink wine. Pair with meat and hard cheeses.
