Wine Review: This pale ruby colored Malbec opens with a black raspberry and red plum bouquet with hints of vanilla and iris. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. Balanced, round, and bold. The flavor profile is red plum and ripe blackberry blend with notes of mild minerality and oak. We also detected hints of black pepper and black tea mixed in. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins is nicely extended. The Panel would pair this crowd-pleasing Malbec with beef ribs or your favorite burger off the grill. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The 2020 has a deep purple color with an attractive magenta hue. Intense aromas include ripe plums, cherries, violets, mineral notes, vanilla, and chocolate (from the wine’s aging in French Oak), and some spice. Harmonious on the palate, with balanced acidity and delicate tannins, making for a persistent finish. Ideal to serve with a large variety of foods, especially with meats and hard cheeses.
