Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Paso Robles opens with a gooseberry and light lime bouquet with hints of wet stone and lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and round. The flavor profile is a mild white grapefruit and gooseberry blend with notes chamomile tea and stony minerality. The is also a hint of lime in the aftertaste. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with blackened swordfish tacos. Enjoy - Ken
