Wine Review: This almost Bordeaux like Cabernet Sauvignon is a vibrant purple wine from South Africa. It has a complex nose of blackberry, licorice, cedar and chocolate. I found it to be medium bodied, dry and fruit forward with juicy acidity. It displays plum, currant and spicy black pepper flavors in the mouth with moderate tannins lingering on a slightly tart finish. This is a good everyday Cab that would go well with grilled lamb chops. – Mark
