Wine Review: This very pale pink colored wine from Bertani opens with a very mild grapefruit and rose petal bouquet with hints of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, very smooth, and graceful. The flavor profile is mild watermelon and gentle lime blend with notes of chalky minerality and saline. I also detected hints of herbal tea and grapefruit pith. The finish is dry and refreshing. Its flavors and acidity also drift away nicely. I would enjoy this crowd-pleasing Rose slightly chilled this summer on a hot summer day. Enjoy - Ken
