Wine Review: This golden straw-colored Chardonnay from Napa Valley opens with an oaked and poached pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity .The mouthfeel is balanced and very approachable. The flavor profile is an apple, pear, and oak blend with notes of lemon. I also detected hints of butterscotch in the aftertaste. The finish is dry, and its flavors linger nicely. This Chard did not last long. I would pair it with chicken francese. Enjoy - Ken
