Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon based blend opens with a red currant, boysenberry, and forest floor bouquet with hints of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. It has a really soft mouthfeel and is well-balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a black plum and stony minerality blend with notes of black tea and black raspberry. We also detected hints of black currant, spice, and Baker’s chocolate. The finish is rather dry and its tannins build-up and last for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this impressive Red Blend with a well-marbled aged ribeye or with Colorado lamb chops. Enjoy – KWGTP
