Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a blackberry and black cherry bouquet with hints of black licorice and baking spices. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, well-balanced and rich. The flavor profile is a black currant and black plum blend with notes of dusty minerality along with hints of cedar and clove. The finish is dry and its well-managed medium tannins linger for quite some time. The Panel would pair this Cab with prime rib or beef bourguignon. Enjoy – KWGTP
