Wine Review: This clear pale red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a red raspberry and strawberry bouquet with notes of hints of loam and clove. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, supple, bright, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a blend of clove, juicy black plum, and saline with notes of black tea and loam. The finish is dry, and its flavors and gentle tannins are long and nicely sustained. We would pair this Pinot with eggplant parmigiana. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Designed as an all-star wine of the Willamette Valley. Sourced from three prized vineyards in three nested AVA’s of the Willamette Valley: Chehalem Mountains, Yamhill-Carlton and McMinnville. 60% Pommard brings an incredible nose to this 2019 but already delicious wine. Like adding instruments for a richer orchestra sound, this wine brings together a symphony of flavors deserving of its name.
