Wine Review: This light gold colored Godello is another winner from the 2020 white wine vintage in Spain. It opens with a pear and white peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, slightly viscous and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe green apple, saline, and white pepper blend with notes of Anjou pear and white peach. The finish is dry, and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This crowd pleasing and affordable Godello is food friendly and would pair well with a pan seared Chilian sea bass. Enjoy - Ken
