Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Beaulieu Vineyard opens with a black currant and blackberry bouquet with hints of faint red Twizzler, eucalyptus and black plum. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, super smooth, seamless, and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is black currant and graphite blend with notes of blackberry and oak. We also detected hints of oolong tea and subtle mint. The finish is dry, and its polished dusty tannins build-up and linger for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Cab with porterhouse steak or beef wellington. Enjoy - KWGTP
