Wine Review: This deep ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a boysenberry and black plum bouquet with hints of vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, balanced, smooth and supple. The flavor profile is black currant and blackberry blend with notes of graphite and black tea. We also detected hints of black pepper, cola and gentle oak in the background. The finish is dry and moderate well-managed polished tannins are nicely extended. The Panel would pair this impressive Cab with Stuart’s steak treats or Roy’s rib roast. Enjoy – KWGTP
