Wine Review: This medium purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with an inviting boysenberry, black cherry and wet stone bouquet with a hints of cola. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, well-balanced and savory. The flavor profile is mild crushed stone and black currant blend with notes of blueberry. We also detected hints of dark chocolate, dried herbs and plum. The finish is dry and its medium dusty tannins are nicely extended. The Panel could certainly enjoy this Cab on its own. With food we would pair it with a New York strip steak or Stuart’s steak treats. Enjoy – KWGTP
