Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Chardonnay from Bayten opens with a musty pear bouquet with a hint of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and round. The flavor profile is an oak influenced pear with notes of minerality and lemon and hints of butterscotch. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This tasty Chard would pair well with pasta carbonara. Enjoy - Ken
