Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from South Africa was one of our top choices from our recent blind tasting. It was also one of our best deals at $15. It opens with a mild green melon bouquet with hints of green apple and fresh mowed grass. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, crisp and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with hints of white pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors linger nicely. The panel suggested that this wine would pair well with grilled swordfish skewers or pan seared tuna. Enjoy - KWGTP
