Wine Review: This gold colored dessert wine made from Late Harvest Chardonnay grapes went perfectly with my crème brulee at Grill 23 in Boston. It opens with a pleasant mild apricot and Macintosh apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, viscous, and clean. The flavor profile is a very tasty apricot and ripe pear. The finish is sweet, very pleasant, and lingers nicely. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Liquid gold; honeysuckle aromas with flavors of honeyed pear, apricot nectar and fresh‐picked pineapple; rich, creamy, viscous and silky; great natural acidity gives the wine energy, length and ageability.
