Wine Review: This white gold colored Sparkling Wine displays random medium bubbles. It opens with a wet stone and lemon bouquet with hints of brioche, green apple, and nutmeg. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is fresh and bright with a foamy creaminess. The flavor profile is a crushed stone minerality and lemon blend with notes of green tea and green apple. We also detected a hint of rye bread. The finish is dry, and its flavors subtly fade away. The Tasting Panel would pair this sparkler with broiled scallops or with a lobster salad on a brioche bun. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Vibrant, bright, and aromatic with notes of tropical fruit, green apple and citrus complemented by marzipan and honeysuckle.
