Wine Review: This white gold colored Pinot Grigio opens with a Bartlett pear bouquet with hints of apricot and apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and crisp, yet easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused Bosc pear with notes of tangerine and a hint of nectarine. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This wine is food friendly and would pair very nicely with seafood. I would particularly pair it with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: light straw yellow. Bouquet: very fresh and fruity with pear, banana, peach, anise and honey notes. Taste: rich, full, round and very persistent.
