Wine Review: This dark brick red colored wine opens with a mild black cherry and gentle oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a tasty sour cherry with notes of minerality and plum. There is also a touch of black pepper. The finish is dry and its mild dusty tannins linger for quite a while. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with veal marsala. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense ruby red in color with violet reflections. Fresh bouquet with typical varietal characteristics of violet, cherry, and plum. Full and elegant in taste, with a surprisingly long finish.
